1. Stacked Fractions

Entering & Adding Fractions (n/d)

Enter a fraction using its numerator and denominator, then add two fractions together.

Problem: Calculate 3/4 + 1/4
  • Press 3 → n/d → 4
  • Press +
  • Press 1 → n/d → 4
  • Press =
Screen Output: 1
2. Fraction Reduction

Simplifying Fractions (Simp & Fac)

Reduce a fraction step by step, and see the common factor used along the way.

Problem: Simplify 8/12
  • Press 8 → n/d → 12
  • Press Simp
  • (Optional) Press Fac to see the divisor used
Screen Output: 2/3 | Factor = 4
3. Mixed Numbers

Improper to Mixed Conversion (U n/d)

Turn an improper fraction into a whole number plus a fraction.

Problem: Convert 7/3 to a mixed number
  • Press 7 → n/d → 3
  • Press U n/d
Screen Output: 2 U 1/3
4. Integer Division

Division with Remainder (Int÷)

Get a whole-number quotient with a remainder, instead of a decimal answer.

Problem: Calculate 14 ÷ 3 with remainder
  • Press 1, 4
  • Press Int÷

5. Decimal Precision

Decimal Place Rounding (Fix)

Round an answer to a set number of decimal places.

Problem: Round 12.3456 to 2 decimal places

  • Press Fix

6. Mode Settings

Simplification Mode Switch (Auto/Man)

Switch between automatic fraction reduction and manual, step-by-step reduction.

Problem: Switch from Auto to Manual mode
  • Press Auto/Man once
  • The screen toggles between AUTO and MAN
  • In MAN mode, enter a factor (e.g. 2) before pressing Simp
